Jardélcio is an agronomist graduated from Universidade Federal de Viçosa, with international specialisation at the Institute Polytechnique de la Lorraine (France) and postgraduate studies in Business Management at FGV.

With more than 15 years of experience across biologicals, biofuels and data-driven agriculture, he has led strategic projects in Brazil and abroad, always focusing on innovation and measurable results.
